You create your business account with your name, business name, email and a password. You're then taken straight into a practice visit: you check in at your current location exactly as your staff will, and see the verified record it creates, with nothing to set up first. Your 7-day trial needs no credit card, so you won't be charged when it ends; you only choose a plan if you decide to continue.

When your worker arrives at a job site, they scan a unique on-site QR code or open the TeamTrak app. The system checks their phone's GPS against the property's coordinates. If they match, they are clocked in. It takes less than 10 seconds and proves your team is exactly where they need to be.

For your regular, permanent team, the mobile app provides the smoothest experience. However, for temporary workers, contractors, or one-off tradespeople, no app or login is needed. You are only billed for workers who complete at least one verified check-in during the billing cycle. Employees who are added but never scheduled, on leave, or otherwise inactive that month cost you nothing - so temporary and casual staff only add to your bill in the months they actually work.

No, and this is important for staff peace of mind. TeamTrak is not a background fleet-tracker. It only requests a GPS snapshot at the exact moment of clock-in and clock-out to verify they are at the client's property. It does not track their location before, during, or after their shift.
